This policy explains what information Apexnova Private Limited (“Apexnova”, “we”) collects when you visit apexnova.in or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we are

Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), budget range and message.
- Call booking form: the details you enter when booking a call, collected through our form provider, Fillout.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to send us through those channels.
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver work you engage us for and, if you subscribed, send our newsletter.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics (through Firebase) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location and the site that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers.
- Advertising: we use Google Ads. When you arrive from one of our ads, the site stores the ad click identifier and campaign tags in your browser for up to 90 days, so we can tell which ads lead to enquiries. We may also show ads on other websites and apps to people who have visited our site (remarketing), using cookies set by Google.
- Page attribution: the site remembers in your browser which article or page you came from, so we know which content was useful when you contact us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for that purpose:
- Google (Analytics, Ads and Firebase) for measurement and advertising.
- Fillout, which hosts our call booking form.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website.
- Deeplinkly, a product operated by Apexnova, which stores contact form and newsletter submissions.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside India.
Your choices
- Turn off personalised ads from Google at adssettings.google.com.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Email hello@apexnova.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, work with you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. We protect data with access controls and encrypted connections, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
